Serve as the primary point of contact for these partners, managing inquiries (including communication/logo use) and fostering initial relationships.

Oversee with external agency and creative contact, the development of new functionalities on the dedicated online booking platform, acting as project lead.

Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution. PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification would be beneficial.

Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams. Oversee budgeting processes and control project spend. Plan and manage IT resources.
