Job Requirements

Coordinate and support a broad range of site operations and administrative activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Luterbach site
Provide administrative and organizational support to the local leadership team
Organize and coordinate onsite meetings, workshops, customer visits, and company events
Coordinate site communications and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain an efficient and engaging workplace environment
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the site (e.g., Bike to Work, Future Day, Yoga sessions, team events)
Manage office supplies, consumables, and site-related services
Coordinate purchasing activities, including the creation and tracking of purchase requisitions in SAP
Support goods receipt and procurement-related processes
Support and coordinate import/export and shipping activities in compliance with company policies and customs regulations
Manage international shipments of materials, prototypes, and samples

What your background should look like

Commercial apprenticeship, business administration education, or equivalent qualification
(First) Experience in administration, office, management, operations support, customer service, logistics coordination, executive support, or a comparable role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with office technologies and collaboration tools, including videoconferencing systems
Fluent written and spoken German and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and functions
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
Interest or experience in event planning and coordination
Professional, reliable, discreet, and flexible mindset with a commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, and positive workplace culture
