Zudem pflegst du regelmässigen Kontakt mit den Eltern der Lernenden, dem Berufsbildungsamt, den Berufsfachschulen sowie den Verantwortlichen der Berufsbildung der Post CH AG.
Zusammen mit dem gesamten Team, bestehend aus rund 12 Lernenden und 15 ausgebildeten Mitarbeitenden, bist du für die Zustellung in einem definierten Zustellgebiet verantwortlich und arbeitest bei Bedarf aktiv in der Zustellung mit.
Du förderst die Teamentwicklung, leitest Sitzungen und stellst eine offene Kommunikation sowie einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss innerhalb deines Teams sicher.
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du das Supportteam des Distributionsgebiets Härkingen regelmässig und übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Supportaufgaben.

In dieser Rolle betreust du ein Team von Logistiker: innen EFZ während ihrer Ausbildung.
Gemeinsam mit deinen beiden Stellvertreter: innen bildest du ein Führungstrio und verantwortest den gesamten Prozess innerhalb deines Teams.
Du unterstützt die praktische Ausbildung der Lernenden und bist verantwortlich für die Qualität und Effizienz der übertragenen Arbeiten.
Zudem pflegst du regelmässigen Kontakt mit den Eltern der Lernenden, dem Berufsbildungsamt, den Berufsfachschulen sowie den Verantwortlichen der Berufsbildung der Post CH AG.
Zusammen mit dem gesamten Team, bestehend aus rund 12 Lernenden und 15 ausgebildeten Mitarbeitenden, bist du für die Zustellung in einem definierten Zustellgebiet verantwortlich und arbeitest bei Bedarf aktiv in der Zustellung mit.
Du förderst die Teamentwicklung, leitest Sitzungen und stellst eine offene Kommunikation sowie einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss innerhalb deines Teams sicher.
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du das Supportteam des Distributionsgebiets Härkingen regelmässig und übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Supportaufgaben.

Dein Bewerbungsprozess.
Unser Bewerbungsprozess besteht aus mehreren Schritten. So weisst du jederzeit, wo du gerade stehst.
1. Vorselektion
Wir prüfen deine Unterlagen sorgfältig. Wenn du in das gesuchte Profil passt, kontaktieren wir dich innerhalb von zwei - drei Wochen.
2. Persönliches Erstgespräch
Wir freuen uns, dich in einem persönlichen Erstgespräch vor Ort näher kennenzulernen.
3. Finaler Entscheid
Der finale Entscheid fällt in der Regel 6-8 Wochen nach Bewerbungseingang. Wenn du eine Zusage erhältst, unterbreiten wir dir mündlich ein entsprechendes Vertragsangebot. Bist du damit einverstanden, bestätigen wir dir die Vertragskonditionen via E-Mail und erstellen deinen Arbeitsvertrag.
