Within our Finance department team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for an:
Industrial Perfume Controller
Reporting directly to our Controlling & Reporting Manager, you will proactively support the manufacturing organization by providing financial analysis, developing relevant KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance industrial performance and optimize costs.
Working closely with the Operations team and our production partner located in Italy, you will provide financial insights and support business decisions to enhance operational performance.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Updating Standard Costs in accordance with IFRS standards on a yearly basis and conducting in-depth analyses of production costs, manufacturing variances and operational performance.
- Supporting the annual Budget process and Rolling Forecast exercises while monitoring inventory valuation, stock obsolescence and related provisions on a monthly basis.
- Supporting the monthly closing activities related to inventory, production, scrap and manufacturing variances, while contributing to the explanation of the Gross Margin evolution.
- Developing KPIs, dashboards and performance scorecards to support Operations and Senior Management and presenting financial analyses and recommendations following month-end closing and planning exercises.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through process simplification, automation and digitalization (Power BI, SAP and reporting solutions).
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner by supporting operational decision-making and working closely with Operations to identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with our production partner to monitor industrial performance, strengthen financial visibility and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.
Ensuring Internal Control activities are fully embedded within the monthly controlling processes, maintaining the related documentation and supporting internal and external audit requirements.

Holder of a university degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent studies, you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Controlling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Your strong expertise in Industrial Finance, Standard Costing, Manufacturing Performance Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting will ensure you successfully meet all operational and financial deadlines.
You have an excellent command of SAP, Excel, and reporting tools, with Power BI being a strong asset. You are fluent in French and English, with Italian being an advantage.
