Standort: Wallisellen | Anstellungsart: Unbefristet | Beschäftigungsumfang: Vollzeit (42,5h/Woche) | Arbeitszeiten: Mo.-Fr. ca. 8:00-17:00 Uhr | Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch & Englisch
Als Empfangsmitarbeiter:in bist du die erste Anlaufstelle und damit das Herzstück unseres Standorts. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich alle von Anfang an willkommen und bestens betreut fühlen, ob Gäste, Kund:innen oder Kolleg:innen. Bei uns triffst du auf ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, ein wertschätzendes Team und die Möglichkeit, deinen Gastgeber:innen-Spirit täglich einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Du betreust unsere Telefonzentrale für die DACH-Region auf Deutsch und Englisch und sorgst für einen professionellen Erstkontakt

Eingehende Anfragen von Kunden und Partnern nimmst du auf, priorisierst sie und leitest sie zuverlässig weiter

Du empfängst unsere Gäste herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam

Du stellst einen reibungslosen Büroalltag sicher – von der Organisation der Meetingräume bis zur Koordination externer Dienstleister:innen

Postbearbeitung, Fuhrpark-Themen sowie die allgemeine Büro- und Küchenorganisation behältst du im Blick

Du unterstützt als zentrale Stelle unsere Mitarbeitenden im Daily Business
What we need to see from you:
- Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie (z. B. Hotelfach) abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit

Erfahrung im Empfang, Front Office oder serviceorientierten Umfeld konntest du bereits sammeln

Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie digitalen Tools bewegst du dich sicher

Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus

Ein sympathisches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und echte Serviceleidenschaft zeichnen dich aus

Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzt du im täglichen Austausch sicher ein
