As a new member of our team, and under the guidance of our Customer Service Manager, ambitious and varied tasks await you:
You will independently establish commercial offers, assemble simplified financing files up to the conclusion of contracts for which you will also ensure administrative management and follow-up.
You will be in daily telephone contact with a demanding clientele, whom you will advise and inform professionally.
You will be the point of contact (Entry Point) with various partners and suppliers and will be responsible for the coordination and internal administrative follow-up of our relationships.
You will work in close collaboration with our financial advisors and coordinate communication with our various internal departments.
In every situation, you will guarantee first-class service and contribute successfully to the continuous improvement of our service quality.
What will make you successful:
You have a commercial education (CFC) or higher (Matura, Business School) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Front/Back-Office, Customer Service).
You are perfectly comfortable in Swiss German (written and spoken). French and/or English are assets.
You are dynamic and possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as a strong team spirit.
You are sharp-witted and have good organizational skills.
You enjoy numbers and are easily able to use standard Office IT tools.
You are customer-oriented and always look for the best solution for our partners. You know how to identify additional sales needs and opportunities.
Hierarchical level: You will report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
