The opportunity
Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager and support the sales of High Voltage Bushings and On-Load Tap-Changers for transformers produced in our Swiss and Swedish factories.
This role offers an excellent entry point into technical sales within the energy sector. As part of an experienced and supportive team, there will be the opportunity to build strong product knowledge, develop customer relationships, and gain hands-on experience in managing sales activities across defined markets.
Working closely with internal experts and customers, this position provides the chance to grow both technically and commercially while contributing to delivering reliable solutions to key industry players.
The role is based in Altstetten, Zurich, Switzerland, and involves approximately 20–30% travel.
How you’ll make an impact
Support assigned markets and contributed to business development by working closely with customers to position On-Load Tap-Changers and High Voltage Bushings
Build and maintain customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and end users, including utilities and industrial customers
Track sales opportunities and contribute to accurate forecasting
Collaborate with Offer Engineering and Tendering teams when customized solutions are required
Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements
Follow defined sales processes to ensure smooth handover to project management
Support the execution of short-term and long-term sales plans and follow up on assigned actions
Your background
Min. 2 years' experience in sales, engineering, or a similar role, ideally within energy, electrical, or industrial sectors
Technical background in electrical or mechanical engineering with an interest in commercial topics
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
Structured and organized working style with attention to detail
Motivation to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility over time
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Good command of English and basic to intermediate German; additional languages are a plus
