Client Experience Manager (Switzerland) – Talent Solutions/Right Management

At Right Management, part of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we're looking for a Client Experience Manager who combines strong client management skills with a passion for data, market insights, and business growth.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead implementation and delivery activities, and partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to maximize client value and revenue opportunities. You'll also leverage market intelligence, data, and professional networks to strengthen client outcomes and support business development.
What You'll Do
Client & Project Leadership
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary contact for implementation, reporting, and ongoing relationship management.
- Build trusted partnerships with clients, ensuring a seamless and long-lasting customer experience.
- Drive project execution and identify opportunities to expand services and drive engagement.
- Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to support account growth and client retention.
- Monitor client satisfaction, project performance, and key business metrics.
Market Intelligence & Data Management
- Use data, reporting tools, and Power BI insights to support client conversations, sales campaigns, and strategic decision-making.
- Develop market intelligence and actionable insights that create value for clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong network within the Swiss recruitment and talent market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage market trends and connections to enhance service delivery and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in account management, client success, project management, recruitment, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, enjoy direct contact with clients, candidates and partners (presence, phone and virtual)..
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience using reporting tools and translating insights into action.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English and German; French a strong plus.
