What you’ll do

Own the product vision & strategy for lab automation solutions

Drive the product roadmap, lifecycle, and commercial success across European and global markets

Lead new product development from concept through launch

Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding lab workflows and user needs

Shape product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

Partner across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions

Develop sales enablement tools, insights, and competitive differentiation

Track performance metrics including adoption, growth, and market impact
Qualifications:
What we’re looking for
We’re especially interested in candidates with a scientific background and hands-on lab experience who are ready to step into or grow within product leadership.
You’ll bring:

A degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related life science (strongly preferred over engineering-only backgrounds)

Experience in product management, product marketing, or application roles within life sciences, lab automation, or analytical instrumentation

Solid understanding of laboratory workflows (e.g., liquid handling, sample prep, LC/LC-MS)

Experience contributing to or leading product launches and go-to-market activities

Strong collaboration skills in international, cross-functional environments

Excellent communication skills — able to engage both scientists and business leaders

Requires domestic and international travel of up to 30%
