- Handle end-to-end course administration in the LMS (participant management, invitations, certificates) and independently set up and manage training activities.
- Plan, organize, and conduct online trainings and in-person training sessions in the system
- Develop and implement learning paths and curricula in the LMS
- Maintain and keep training documentation up to date (according to the GxP regulations) and support the preparation and execution of audits
- Manage various projects, including quality assurance tasks
- Monitor and evaluate training KPIs and prepare regular reports
- Act as the go-to contact for employees and managers on LMS and training-related questions. Support the rollout and communication of new Learning & Development initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning processes and user experience based on feedback and operational insights
- Analytical, process-oriented, and systems-minded professional with a solid IT affinity.
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy when working with data, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field, and confidence in using MS Office.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) is a strong plus.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of German is an advantage.
This role is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
