Position:
Territory Sales Manager
Location:
Switzerland (field-based, residence in Switzerland required)
Division:
Uniphar Medtech – CoRRect Medical GmbH
Employment:
Full-time, permanent

At the earliest convenience
About Us
Uniphar Medtech is a leading partner for innovative medical technology. In Switzerland, CoRRect Medical GmbH (part of the Uniphar Group) is responsible for the sales of a highly specialised neurovascular portfolio – from acute stroke intervention to the elective treatment of cerebral aneurysms and vascular malformations. We bring technologies where they save lives.
Your Mission: More Than Just Sales
In this role, you won’t be selling catalogue products – you will bring life-saving innovations for mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm and flow-diverter therapy and neurovascular access directly into the angiography suite and the neuro-intervention lab. You are the strategic partner for interventional neuroradiologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons, playing a key role in elevating patient care across Switzerland.
Your Playing Field: Switzerland
The Switzerland territory covers the entire country – from Zurich, Bern and Basel across Central and Eastern Switzerland to the French-speaking Romandie with Lausanne and Geneva. With approximately 8.9 million inhabitants, five university hospitals (USZ Zurich, Inselspital Bern, University Hospital Basel, CHUV Lausanne, HUG Geneva) and strong cantonal and centre hospitals, it is one of the most demanding and innovation-driven territories in our DACH organisation.
Your Profile: Neuro-Intervention Expert or Passionate Hunter
We are looking for a highly motivated individual – whether driven by years of sales experience or by deep clinical expertise. In our eyes, both paths are explicitly equal.
The Entrepreneur: You operate like a “CEO of your own territory”. You love winning new business (hunter mentality) but are equally skilled at developing existing accounts sustainably.
Career Changers Welcome: You come from neuroradiology, radiology technology (Fachfrau/Fachmann HF Radiologie), the stroke unit, neuro-intensive care nursing or the angiography lab? We value your clinical insider knowledge! We will invest in your commercial development and support your transition into a sales role.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial, clinical or technical discipline – e.g. medical technology, healthcare management, radiology technology (Fachfrau/Fachmann HF Radiologie), neuroradiology assistance, nursing (stroke unit, neuro-ICU, angiography/cath lab, OR), biomedical engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device sales or comparable complex B2B sales in clinical settings. Alternatively: minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in interventional neuroradiology, neurology/stroke care, neurosurgery or neuro-intensive care with a demonstrable interest in transitioning to a commercial role. Direct mechanical-thrombectomy experience is a plus but not a prerequisite – broader neurovascular exposure (coiling, flow diverter, carotid stenting, AVM embolisation) is equally welcome.
Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter) and/or systematic account development (farmer). This territory offers both: established relationships at the university hospitals (Zurich, Bern, Basel) plus development potential among cantonal and centre hospitals in German-speaking Switzerland and the Romandie.
Confident and composed in the clinical environment: angiography suites, neuro-intervention labs and intensive care units are familiar territory – or you are ready to make them familiar quickly.
Understanding of the Swiss healthcare system (SwissDRG, CHOP coding, hospital procurement processes) is a plus.
Fluent German is essential; French skills for serving the Romandie region are a strong advantage; English skills are an advantage.
Residence in Switzerland required, ideally in the greater Zurich, Bern or Basel area. High willingness to travel across the entire territory. Valid driver’s licence (Category B).
