We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Application Lead to join our team in Zurich. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our global ERP landscape. You’ll be the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion Finance — keeping our systems stable, driving continuous improvement, and translating complex business needs into elegant system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support:
Day-to-day support of Oracle Fusion Finance, resolving issues efficiently while assisting partners to maintain high service quality and system stability
Oracle Expertise:
Apply strong, hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance to diagnose and resolve issues across modules and configurations
Team Collaboration:
Work as part of a wider support and delivery team, collaborating closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders. Working closely with offshore support resources, ensuring effective prioritisation, quality of delivery, and alignment with SLAs
Root Cause & Continuous Improvement:
Investigate recurring issues, perform deep root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes to prevent reoccurrence
Functional Support:
- Record to Report (R2R) – General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
- Source to Pay (S2P / P2P) – Procurement, Accounts Payable, Expenses
- Order to Cash (O2C) – Accounts Receivable
OCI & EPM including FCCS would be beneficial

Configuration Optimization:
Identify best practices in configuration, set-up, and process design to drive customer satisfaction and system efficiency.
Change Delivery:
Translate business requirements into system changes, including configuration, testing, and deployment through structured delivery approaches (Agile / SDLC).
Ticket Management:
Manage incidents, service requests, and defects with a focus on speed, prioritisation, and quality outcomes.
Reporting:
Develop and support reporting solutions using BI Publisher / OTBI. Experience with FDIP / FDAIP / FAW is a plus.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of configurations, issues, and solutions to support long-term system sustainability.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Finance modules) in a live environment
- Strong hands-on configuration experience across GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, CM, and Expenses
- Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion implementations
- Experience managing high-volume ticket environments with a focus on resolution speed and quality
- Experience with offshore/onshore support models and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues into business impact
Self-sufficient, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment
