- Preparation and presentation of dishes for our Japanese restaurant “Myoko”
- Monitoring and ensuring the defined quality standards across the entire production area
- Proper storage of all food items, including ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene standards
- Completed training as a chef; additional training in this field is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in high-end Japanese cuisine
- Good knowledge of German or English
- Responsible and resilient personality
