What are your
main tasks?
Your main responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, and coordinating our national and international trade shows, with a focus on Europe
Handling all pre- and post-event tasks, including scheduling, logistics, booth materials, coordination of service providers, and internal coordination
Coordinating trade show activities with our subsidiary in Germany as well as with sales, technical, and product managers
On-site support at selected events, including organizational support, booth coordination, and active customer communication
Management and strategic development of the existing product portfolio
Preparation of product and market analyses and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Coordination of product development projects in collaboration with R&D, production, and marketing
Technical and, in some cases, commercial evaluation of new product ideas and customer requirements
Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the field sales team for the market launch and positioning of technical products
Preparation of technical documentation, product materials, and sales support resources
Market monitoring and active identification of opportunities for innovation and improvement
Participation in customer visits and conducting product training sessions both domestically and internationally

What you bring to the role
Completed technical education (e.g., mechanical engineering, micromechanics, electrical engineering) with additional training in product management, business administration, or marketing
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Several years of professional experience in a technical field, ideally in product or project management
You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and a sense of personal responsibility
A strong interest in new technologies and the ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way
Ability to work well in a team and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
You have good computer skills, including MS Office and, if applicable, SAP
