To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking hands-on Process Technicians to operate, maintain and improve our semi-automated production processes. (2 openings)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and monitor manual, semi-automated production and assembly equipment
- Perform changeovers, adjustments and routine preventive maintenance
- Carry out in-process checks and record process and quality data
- Identify, contain and report non-conformities and equipment faults
- Support process engineers in trials, validation and improvement activities
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production area (ex. 5S)
- Follow work instructions, safety and quality procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical apprenticeship (CFC) or diploma in a mechanical, electro-mechanical or automation field
- 1-3 years of experience operating production or automation equipment
- Comfortable with hand tools, measuring instruments and basic troubleshooting
- Careful, reliable and quality-focused with good attention to detail
- Able to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Good spoken and written English and/or French is mandatory; German is a plus
