About the job:
As a Senior CRM Consultant at Synpulse, you will support leading financial institutions in designing and implementing future-oriented customer relationship management solutions. With a focus on Salesforce or BSI CRM, you will help clients transform how they interact with their customers by shaping strategies, defining target processes, and delivering powerful CRM solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through all project phases – from vision to implementation – and play a key role in cross-functional delivery teams.
- Advising our customers (banks, insurance companies) on the conception of CRM solutions
- Participation in varied projects for the introduction of CRM solutions
- Supporting the acquisition of new customers and projects for our company
- Management of sub-projects at locations throughout Switzerland and, if interested, also abroad
- Collaboration with customers and ecosystem partners
