Mother's Help / Nanny – Baby 18 months | Zug
About the Role
A warm private family based near Zug station is seeking a reliable and caring Mother's Help for their toddler (18 months). The family already has a cleaner twice a week, so this role is entirely focused on childcare and the day-to-day organisation that makes family life run smoothly.
Schedule
- 10–12 hours per week to start, with potential to grow
- Flexible availability, including occasional spontaneous cover
Responsibilities
- Full care of a toddler (feeding, nappy changes, routines, play)
- Age-appropriate activities and developmental stimulation
- Light tidying, ironing and laundry related to the child
- Cooking (a plus — role may expand as family needs grow)
- School/activity support as child grows
Requirements
- ✅ English-speaking — essential
- ✅ Age 25–40
- ✅ Impeccable hygiene standards (removes shoes, washes hands on arrival and after nappy changes) — non-negotiable
- ✅ Energetic, warm, detail-oriented
- ✅ Legal right to work in Switzerland (valid permit)
- ✅ Reliable, flexible and trustworthy
