About the Role
Happy Home is seeking an exceptional Housekeeper for a prestigious private residence in Beckenried, on the shores of Lake Lucerne. This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely wants to become part of a household — trusted, valued, and stable for years to come.
Schedule

- Live-in or live-out (both options considered)
- Start date: as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Full housekeeping of a high-standard private residence
- Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
- Meal preparation and kitchen management
- Household organisation and supply management
- Welcoming guests and maintaining impeccable standards at all times
- Additional household support as required by the family
Requirements
- ✅ Trustworthy, discreet, and loyal — long-term commitment expected
- ✅ English-speaking (additional languages a strong plus)
- ✅ Valid driving licence Category B — strongly preferred (residence is in a remote location)
- ✅ Experience in private households or high-standard residences
- ✅ Legal right to work in Switzerland (valid permit)
- ✅ Warm, proactive, and autonomous — no need for daily instructions
- ✅ Comfortable in a family environment
