THE TEAM
You’ll join a collaborative and fast paced HR and Payroll team in Geneva that supports colleagues across Switzerland. The team works together to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll services while providing expert guidance on employment and social insurance matters in Switzerland. THE ROLE
This is a hands on and rewarding opportunity where you’ll play a key role in supporting payroll operations with a focus on social insurance processes. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with relevant regulations.
Role responsibilities include;
> Coordinate and manage social insurance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
> Act as a key point of contact for internal queries relating to social insurance and payroll.
> Support the monthly payroll cycle with data preparation, input and validation.
> Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.
> Carry out general HR and administrative duties to support the wider team.
> Continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements of the Role
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
> Strong understanding of payroll processes and social insurance principles.
> Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
> Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel.
> Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
> Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
> Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
> Fluent in English and French, with additional languages an advantage.

PRACTICALITIES
This full-time role will be based in Geneva and will be 42 hours per week. There will be the possibility to work from home in agreement with your manager.
