Im Zentrum Schlossmatt kümmern sich rund 300 Mitarbeitende um das Wohl von 186 Bewohnenden. Wir sind spezialisiert auf die komplexe Pflege von Menschen mit Mehrfacheinschränkungen, auf die Demenzpflege und auf Kurzaufenthalte zur Übergangs- oder Rehabilitationspflege. Nebst einem Tageszentrum gibt es bei uns eine Kita und ein Restaurant – für generationenübergreifende Begegnungen.
