A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, with focus either on direct client holistic investment advisory, or on execution (Execution Desk)
Strong passion for financial markets, combined with a proactive mindset and a continuous drive to learn and grow within the advisory field.
Good Knowledge of all the asset classes, proficiency in executing all type of client orders on all instruments under pressure.
Good knowledge of macroeconomics, and investment strategy.
Experience in portfolio management is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and Russian. German is a highly appreciated asset.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Highly motivated team player, with strong organization skills, strategic thinking and willingness to take ownership on several tasks.
Flexible, proactive, open-minded attitude, charismatic person with a strong desire to deliver excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance tools (Bloomberg, Factset is an asset).
