You are a seasoned finance leader with a strong track record in planning, forecasting, KPI governance, and performance steering. You combine strategic perspective with analytical rigour and hands-on execution, enabling you to translate complex data into clear business decisions and measurable outcomes.
You act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, confidently challenging and influencing at all levels. With a strong focus on standardisation, automation, and data-driven insights, you drive the modernisation of reporting landscapes and actively shape a high-performance culture across the organisation.
Prior experience with a Big Four audit firm would be considered an advantage.
You bring:
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to align, influence, and deliver across international and cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and integrated financial planning processes
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, with the ability to connect strategy to execution
- High resilience, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate independently in complex environments
- Experience in data analytics, digital tools, and ERP-driven finance
- Project management experience; Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
