- You hold a Category B driver’s license
- Working in Switzerland: You either have a Swiss B or C permit or EU citizenship
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up and arranging conference rooms according to customer requests
- Responsible for inventory management and logistics of banquet, catering, and F&B supplies
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and organization in all storage areas
- Checking incoming goods for completeness and quality
- Issuing and collecting rental and event equipment
- Working closely with banquet, events, kitchen, stewarding, and other F&B departments
- Coordinating and developing a standardized warehouse and inventory management system
- Conducting regular inspection rounds in warehouse, kitchen, and event areas
- Delivering customer orders and transporting catering and event equipment
- Participation in training sessions, meetings, and relevant informational events
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the departments involved
- Driving company vehicles in compliance with applicable traffic regulations
