The Manager, Professional Education is responsible for defining and executing an innovative educational program that supports appropriate product use and optimized patient outcomes. This role requires a strong scientific background combined with field engagement, enabling valuable interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and meaningful translation of clinical evidence into impactful professional education programs.
How you will make an impact:
Develop and execute an innovative Professional Education strategy across EU aligned with Edwards’ Structural Heart Disease (SHD) priorities and strong customer centricity
Act as a scientific and clinical partner, translating complex evidence and procedural knowledge into impactful, peer-to-peer education programs
Design and implement end-to-end education programs (live, digital, hybrid), ensuring scalability, consistency, and high-quality execution
Integrate innovative learning methodologies (e.g., digital tools, virtual symposiums) into education programs and product launches
Own program execution from planning to delivery, including content development, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement
Engage and build strong relationships with KOLs, acting as a credible partner and ensuring programs address real clinical needs
Maintain a strong field presence, including site visits and event preparation, to stay close to customers and continuously refine program relevance
Lead the development of curricula and educational pathways, tailored to different audience levels (e.g., fellows, experienced clinicians, cardiac surgeons)
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to ensure aligned and compliant program delivery
Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scale across the region
Willingness & ability to travel internationally (min. 30 %)
What you will need (required):
Master's Degree or equivalent educational background in a relevant field with minimum 5 years of experience in MedTech, healthcare, sales, marketing, or clinical environments
Fluency in English; French or German beneficial

Proven track record of KOL engagement and relationship building
Experience working with digital learning tools and innovative education formats

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
High level of comfort working in the field, being approachable, visible, and close to customers
Ability to navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
