We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics, Transport and Supply FP&A Analyst. You will be the financial arm of our value chain leaders and a value-creation partner who supports the business strategic plan with insightful analysis. This role is particularly exciting as you will be the finance partner of two major Swiss transformation projects: - Supply Chain Redesign: transformation of our supply flows. - Logistics Infrastructure: A strategic warehouse change and relocation. You will have the opportunity to build from almost scratch the performance management of the logistics and supply chain activities to enhance the performance at the service of our swiss customers. In addition to this perimeter of responsibility, you may also have the services support functions: IT, Finance and HR or any other cross projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Influence strategic decisions with accurate budgeting and a robust flexibility plan. - Co-construct trajectory guidelines and help the country plan for the mid and long term (2026-2029). - Develop the Business Forecasting competence within the team to optimize decision-making. 2\. Performance Management & Reporting - Business Partnering: Support and challenge leaders to achieve economic performance and succeed as intrapreneurs. - Cost Efficiency: Implement and monitor specific logistics KPIs, including Cost per Unit (CPU) and transport optimization. - Inventory & Flow: Manage reporting for Stock Availability, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and supply flow efficiency. - Real-time Analysis: Use data to enlighten day-to-day business cases and provide figures for closing and reporting. - Training: Upskill BU leaders on economic performance analysis and finance tools 3. Transformation & Tracking - Relocation Project Management: Closely track the transition costs of the warehouse move (e.g., dual rent periods, stock transfer costs, Capex) and ensure the ROI of the new infrastructure is realized. - Supply Flow Animation: Monitor the financial impact of the new supply design on overall lead times and landing costs. - Adaptive Forecasting: Develop robust flexibility plans and "what-if" scenarios to navigate the operational changes of 2026.
