These are your key tasks:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations for multiple FIFA subsidiaries,
- Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payment runs and account reconciliations across multiple countries and currencies,
- Manage statutory reporting, including financial statements, VAT/GST, corporate tax and withholding tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, in collaboration with external advisors,
- Perform monthly and year-end closing activities, including posting journal entries, accruals and reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, payroll, intercompany),
- Support the year-end external audit, internal audits and project-related audits,
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including SAP implementations, expense tools rollout and corporate card programmes.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or a similar role,
- Experience in a multinational / international environment,
- Proven exposure to tax, statutory reporting and intercompany accounting
Experience in finance transformation or system implementations is an advantage,
- Strong SAP experience,
- High proficiency in Excel,
- Experience with banking and treasury platforms,
- Expense management platforms, Power BI and AI‑driven tools are a plus (Yokoy/Perk),
- Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset,
- Able to work across the full range of finance activities in complex international environments,
- Business apprenticeship, or degree in Accounting/Finance, or professional certification,
- Proficient in English,
- Knowledge of another FIFA language (French, German, Spanish) is an asset.
