The Global Launch Education Manager is responsible for the successful commercialization of our products and solutions from an education perspective, driving adoption and contributing to business impact through scalable education programs.
This position reports to the Head of Global Launch Education.
In this role, he/she collaborates with cross-functional launch core teams and takes ownership to clearly frame the T&E contribution to the launch business case. He/she leads our staff, key opinion leaders, speakers, and relevant customer groups, to understand, adopt, apply, sell, position, and promote our workflows, by delivering end-to-end, workflow-based education approaches, including:

Developing T&E go-to-market concepts, education materials, and learning formats with clear and trackable impact.

Securing knowledge transfer to relevant internal and external stakeholders, clinical relevance across the workflow, technical features and benefits, competitiveness, and safe handling of our workflow solutions.

Developing and delivering high-quality, updated, differentiated, accessible, and blended T&E education materials, learning formats, and learning experiences that empower internal and external target audiences to learn, cascade, and multiply our launch intentions, ensuring scalability and consistency across markets.

Learning content packages & trainings:

Collaborate with Product & Workflow Managers and launch core teams to develop and provide consistent, scalable, and didactically sound learning objectives and content for different target groups, including:

Indication-based treatment principles

Technical features and benefits
-
Content kits (i.e. PPT presentations, images, videos, animations)
-
End-to-end clinical case narratives
-
Manage, upkeep, and deploy learning packages per relevant stakeholder groups.

Implement launch trainings per relevant internal and external targets and secure knowledge transfer of key learning objectives, ensuring T&E readiness before launch and supporting post-launch effectiveness and adoption

Translate complex clinical and digital workflow solutions into practical, scalable, and easy-to-adopt education experiences for diverse learner audiences.

Design scalable digital learning experiences including eLearning, video-based learning, self-paced education, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions for global audiences.

Collaborate with KOLs to co-create clinically relevant and impactful educational content.

Graduate in Dentistry or a related dental field (e.g. dental technician, dental nurse) with strong knowledge of implantology, prosthodontics, ITI SAC Classification, treatment guidelines, and scientific consensus statements.

Clinical experience in implantology and digital workflows is an advantage.

Experience designing and delivering global education programs, including lecturing, hands-on training, instructor-led, digital, and blended learning formats.

Competence working with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)

Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Experience in adult education is an advantage.

Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage.
