Housekeeping Supervisor (Senior Housekeeper)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving cleaning, laundry operations, and quality control to ensure our holiday apartments and chalets are presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and preparing holiday apartments and chalets
- Carrying out laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing and organising linen
- Inspecting properties before guest arrivals
- Conducting quality checks to ensure company standards are met
- Monitoring housekeeping standards and reporting any issues
- Reporting maintenance defects and missing inventory
- Ensuring cleaning supplies and linen are maintained at appropriate levels
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in hospitality or holiday rentals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- Reliable, organised and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland
