To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking hands-on Stack Technicians to assemble, test and support the development of our fuel cell stacks. (2 openings)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble fuel cell stacks and sub-assemblies following work instructions and quality standards
- Handle and prepare membranes, MEAs, bipolar plates, gaskets and end plates
- Operate assembly tooling, presses and leak/pressure test equipment
- Support build of prototypes and pre-series stacks together with engineering
- Record build data, perform basic in-process checks and flag non-conformities
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop and cleanroom environment
- Contribute to the improvement of assembly processes and fixtures
Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical apprenticeship (CFC) or diploma in a mechanical, electro-mechanical or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in precision assembly, ideally in fuel cells, batteries, electronics or automotive
- Comfortable with hand tools, torque tools and basic measurement equipment
- Careful, skillful and quality-focused with good attention to detail
- Able to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Good spoken and written English and/or French is mandatory; German is a plus
- Experience in cleanroom or controlled environments is a plus
