- Support the planning, coordination, and smooth day-to-day operation of our short-term programmes
- Prepare and regularly update programme materials including schedules, student handbooks, and faculty/student information materials
- Support administrative processes and logistics for events and visits
- Supporting communication with students and faculty as needed
- Creating content for programme communications and social media
- Accompany company visits and programme activities as required
- Develop, maintain, and update website content, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand guidelines
- HSG student currently enrolled in a Master programme; previous work experience especially at the university would be an asset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- We offer a flexible working environment but the role requires presence on a few fixed dates according to our events
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a small team
- Very good command of English and German
- Experience in website development, with content management systems (e.g., Typo3), basic HTML/CSS, and SEO principles
