As a Technical Project Engineer you make sure our systems don't just run at the customer site – they shine. You deliver technical projects efficiently and reliably: from planning and coordination through to successful go-live. You pay attention to every detail, find the right solution for every challenge and ensure that our technology delivers real value – for nursing staff and patients alike.
With your organisational talent, your technical know-how and your hands-on mentality, you keep projects on track. You review results, identify improvements and bring in your own ideas to optimise processes and further develop our solutions. You work closely with internal teams and external partners, coordinate tasks and ensure QUMEA comes across as technically competent and professional.
Technical project delivery:

Responsibility for the technical delivery of customer projects.

First point of contact for technical and IT-related questions.

Planning sensor installations using CAD – including alignment with all stakeholders and developing individual solutions.

Coordinating technical preparations and clarifying IT requirements.

Supporting installations as well as carrying out configuration work and user management.
Customer communication & engagement:

Direct contact with customers to convey technical solutions and to foster acceptance and enthusiasm.

Explaining technical concepts in an understandable way and building trust in the technologies we use.
Scaling & process optimisation:

Identifying and realising digitalisation potential to optimise internal processes.

Integrating new tools and technologies to increase efficiency.

Supporting sales partners with technical implementation, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience in technical project management – ideally in medical technology or IT.

Completed degree in engineering, computer science or comparable training.

Strong analytical thinking and enthusiasm of complex challenges.

Project management skills and organisational ability.

Excellent English and French language skills are required; German is a plus.

Open mindset: independent, solution-oriented, hands-on, a true self-starter.

Willingness to travel occasionally and to manage international projects (FR, LUX, etc.)
