Missions
Based in our Geneva Head Office, as part of our Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will join the Supply Chain departement with the following missions :
Coordination with Supply Chain and local teams (stores/products) for supplies/transfers/store returns,
Determination of packaging needs and coordination with the zone,
Support the analysis of inventory levels in correlation with retail sales, ensure daily online replenishment aligns with business expectations through weekly communication,
Ensure weekly follow up on orders management,
Coordination with transport companies and coordination of deliveries and pickups in stores,
Follow-up of disputes and discrepancies upon receipt with carriers and insurance companies and SAP updates in the event of refunds/credit notes/additional invoicing,
Management of customs complexities (CITES, pro forma invoices, etc.),
Daily support on e-commerce operations.
Management of head office stock (HR, Press) and loans, associated entries/exits,
Support for the adaptation and implementation of KPIs and procedures on Retail projects in collaboration with internal control at zone and central level,
Participation in internal control issues and the continuous improvement of the department.
Profil
You have previous experience in Supply Chain, audit, or an administrative role; and experience in transportation and/or luxury is a plus. Ideally, you also have knowledge of an ERP system and PowerBI.
Organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity, a commercial sense, and strong interpersonal skills are your strengths. You also have an appetite for information systems and web applications, which will help you to succeed.
Your French and English are fluent, German or Italian is an asset.
Finally, you’re available from August 17th to start this 6 months internship.
