Wir suchen eine(n) motivierte(n) Associate Scientist / Senior Laboratory Specialist, welche(r) unser Pilot Plant Bern Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale, praxisorientierte Funktion bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Pilot-Plant-Aktivitäten. Der Fokus liegt auf der eigenständigen Bedienung, Reinigung und Betreuung von Prozessanlagen sowie auf der zuverlässigen Dokumentation und Unterstützung von Entwicklungs-, Transfer- und Lifecycle-Management-Aktivitäten. Die Pilot Plant Bern arbeitet in einer als Reinraumklasse D eingestuften Umgebung; die Aktivitäten sind nicht-GxP, dennoch müssen die relevanten Reinraum-, Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsanforderungen konsequent eingehalten werden.
HAUPTAUFGABEN
Durchführung manueller Operationen wie Säulenanschluss, Einspülen von Puffern, Auf- und Abbau von Prozess-Setups sowie kleinere Methodenanpassungen und/oder Programmierung von Prozessanlagen, z. B. Chromatografie- oder Ultra-/Diafiltrationsanlagen, nach Vorgabe.
Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Kontrolle von Batchdokumentation, Protokollen, Arbeitsanweisungen und SOPs unter Anwendung guter Dokumentationspraxis, einschliesslich Unterstützung bei Protokollverbesserungen und wissenschaftlicher Dokumentation.
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Laborantenausbildung, Bachelorabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem relevanten naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen, pharmazeutischen, chemischen oder lebensmitteltechnologischen Bereich.
Alternativ relevante praktische Erfahrung in einem Chemie-, Pharma-, Biotech-, Lebensmittel- oder technischen Produktionsumfeld.
Erfahrung oder Interesse an Methodenanpassungen, Rezept-/Methodenprogrammierung und technischer Parametrierung von Prozessanlagen, insbesondere Chromatografie- und Ultra-/Diafiltrationsanlagen, ist von Vorteil.
