Why we do what we do
The mind is our window to the world. It paints the outside in grey or bright colors. We believe that a person finding access to that window has the opportunity to change their perspective every single day — and that psychological hurdles can turn into opportunities to grow. Happiness can spread from individual to individual, across society: a revolution, one mind at a time.
Who we are
The mission we have inspires and challenges us in equal measure. It is work in which skills, thoughts, and ideas are poured into a product influencing thousands of souls and hearts. That comes with great responsibility — and with a team full of people crazy enough to think they can change the world they live in.
We believe in what we do, and we work hard — not for personal fame or money, but for the people at the center of our efforts: our team, clients, psychologists on our platform, and supporters across the country.
The role
Design at Aepsy is a core lever for improving access to mental healthcare in Switzerland — not decoration. A lot of what makes that possible happens behind the scenes: clear slides, well-crafted communication materials, consistent assets, and reliable execution.
As our Design Production Intern, you will own that layer. You will work closely with the CDO and support the broader team — product, sales, marketing, and operations — with high-quality, well-organised visual output. This is not a UX or product design role. It is a role for someone who finds deep satisfaction in doing focused work precisely, efficiently, and with care.
If you thrive with clear tasks, clean outcomes, and the quiet pride of a job well done — this is your place.

Together with us
We are a young, ambitious team with diverse backgrounds and beliefs. We love conversations about the big picture and the small individual parts. We are also friends, parents, husbands and wives — people who appreciate and enjoy life.
None of us could count hours in a big company or watch injustice happen. We are here because it matters.
How to apply
Send us a short personal cover letter, your CV, and a portfolio or examples of your production work. We want to understand who you are, why Aepsy resonates with you, and what kind of work you are most proud of.
Please do not send us an impersonal or AI-generated cover letter. It is a waste of your time and ours — and life is too beautiful for that. Take a walk in the forest first. Then write to us. :)
