Job Description: A UHNW family based in Lugano is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join their private household. This is a long-term opportunity with clear progression into a House Manager position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the property to a high standard
- Laundry and ironing, including care of delicate garments
- Organisation of household spaces and storage
- Assisting with basic meal preparation and kitchen upkeep (if required)
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar private household role
- Valid driving license (essential)
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs
- Willingness to grow into a more senior, managerial role

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
