Within the Private Bank in Switzerland, the Location and Platform Management Team drives key platform-related activities and supports initiatives led by the COO function. The team acts as a central point of contact for Front Office and contributes to the delivery of risk, regulatory, and business-related initiatives across locations.
As a Business & Project Manager, you will support and drive platform initiatives, enhance processes and frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality delivery of business and regulatory priorities.
Responsibilities
Manage and implement platform-related initiatives across the Private Bank in Switzerland.
Contribute to defining and enhancing platform processes, ensuring alignment with booking centres and advisory locations.
Support and drive improvements to the process framework, including regulatory-driven initiatives.
Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, providing guidance on processes, policies, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating internal approvals.
Collaborate with business, support and control functions and maintain reporting, presentations, and outsourcing-related documentation.
Skills
Solid understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management, with relevant experience in platform management, business management, project management or COO environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to assess and improve existing processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within challenging timelines.
Fluent written and spoken English; German or French is a strong advantage.
