We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated compliance professional to join our Global Compliance team as Head of Compliance Investigations.
In this global leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and further developing our global framework for managing compliance allegations and conducting internal investigations. You will ensure that concerns raised through our reporting channels are assessed, investigated and resolved in a consistent, professional, timely and fair manner.
The role goes beyond conducting investigations. You will shape the strategic direction of our global investigation and allegation management framework, strengthen governance and processes, support the organization in responding to significant compliance matters, promoting a speak-up culture and contribute to the continuous development of our global Compliance Program.
You will work closely with senior management, Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Data Privacy, regional and local Compliance teams, as well as external counsel and forensic experts.
This full‑time position is available immediately. Required travel is up to 20% per year.
- Lead and further develop the global Compliance Investigations & Allegation Management function, including governance, policies, processes, and investigation standards.
- Promote a strong speak-up culture and oversee the assessment, triage, allocation, and management of compliance allegations received through whistleblowing and other reporting channels.
- Lead and provide strategic guidance on complex, sensitive, and high-risk investigations globally, including interviews, evidence reviews, eDiscovery, reporting, and case closure.
- Ensure investigations are conducted independently, objectively, professionally, and in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and best-practice methodologies.
- Advise senior management and governance bodies on significant allegations, investigation outcomes, compliance risks, remediation measures, and disciplinary actions; coordinate with Legal, HR, and external experts where required.
- Monitor investigation outcomes and corrective actions, identify systemic risks and recurring misconduct trends, and drive continuous improvements to compliance programs, policies, controls, training, and reporting.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with extensive experience in a compliance, legal, audit, or investigations role within an international organization.
- Proven experience conducting and managing internal investigations, compliance allegations, whistleblowing cases, and case management processes.
- Strong expertise in investigation methodologies, including planning, interviewing, evidence assessment, document review, reporting, remediation, and case closure.
- Solid understanding of key compliance risk areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, competition law, trade compliance, and business integrity.
- Experience leading complex, sensitive, cross-border investigations, managing multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, external law firms, forensic experts, and other advisors.
- Strong analytical, communication, interviewing, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, independence, and sound judgment.
- Fluent in English, comfortable working in international and matrix organizations, with willingness to travel globally; additional language skills are an advantage.
