Role Purpose
- Lead and ensure quality assurance for complex enterprise platforms, including data
- driven and AI-enabled components, while driving testing strategy, governance, and team effectiveness in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities Test Management & Quality Leadership
- Own end-to-end test management across functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Define and maintain test strategy, test plans, and quality objectives aligned with delivery and regulatory requirements.
- Provide release readiness assessments, quality status reporting, and Go/No-Go recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and support QA engineers and test analysts, fostering consistent quality practices across teams.
- Platform, API & Data Testing
- Oversee and support API, backend, and database testing activities using established testing and data validation practices.
- Ensure validation of data pipelines and reporting platforms, including reconciliation, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness checks.
- Drive end-to-end data integrity and lineage validation across dependent systems.
Automation & Tooling (Oversight-Focused)
- Promote and guide automation-first testing approaches across teams, ensuring appropriate coverage and maintainability.
- Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development and DevOps teams.
- Review automation outcomes and metrics to ensure they contribute to release stability and efficiency.
AI / LLM-Aware Testing (Pragmatic & Achievable)
- Support testing of AI- and LLM-enabled features integrated into enterprise platforms.
- Validate prompt behavior and expected output patterns, especially when prompts or configurations change.
- Ensure appropriate regression checks for AI outputs and identify obvious failure modes such as inconsistency or hallucinations.
- Contribute to defining practical validation rules and benchmarks for non deterministic AI behavior
- Testing of ML models (bias, drift, explainability)
- Validation of AI pipelines (MLOps)
- Python ,TensorFlow / PyTorch
- Data validation frameworks
- Regulatory/ethical AI validation (very strong angle in Switzerland)
Collaboration, Governance & Risk
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure requirement testability and shared quality ownership.
- Facilitate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and risk-based quality decisions
- Maintain test evidence, metrics, and audit-ready documentation to support governance and compliance needs.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including test management or lead roles.
- Proven experience owning test strategy, execution, and release readiness.
- Strong understanding of API, backend, and data-centric systems.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
