Insights Analyst
As an Insights Analyst, you will support the delivery of research projects for leading international brands, working alongside experienced and passionate teams in a positive and stimulating environment. You will contribute to project execution, analysis, and reporting while progressively developing your research and client management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the execution and coordination of quantitative research projects
- Assist with questionnaires, fieldwork follow-up, data checks, and reporting
- Help analyze data and turn findings into clear and actionable insights
- Support the creation of presentations and client deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail across projects
Contribute to team initiatives and continuously develop research skills

What we are looking for:
- University degree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, or similar
- First experience in market research or insights is a plus (including internships)
- Curious, organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Team player with good attention to detail
- Fluent English; another language is a plus
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
