We are looking for a Relationship Manager to nurture and expand our client relationships while supporting business growth in the digital asset space. The role involves managing end-to-end client interactions, from onboarding to ongoing service delivery, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales performance and contribute to the company’s growth through deep product knowledge and proactive client engagement.
Manage and grow existing client relationships through proactive communication and up-selling of financial and crypto products
Understand complex corporate structures and documentation requirements for the whole client onboarding process
Handle all aspects of client relationship management from administrative, commercial to regulatory.
Identify new business opportunities and support the team in client acquisition, including working closely with BD team to successfully introduced prospects into your own book
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial and crypto products offered by the company
Keep accurate records of sales activity and prepare regular sales reports for management
Adhere to all compliance matters
Fluency in English, German highly beneficial but not a must-have
Experience in banking, with strong account management and client service skills
Relationships with family offices, hedge funds, or crypto related businesses is a plus.
A passion for financial and crypto products, and a desire to keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
