Regional Manager – Bern Office
We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Regional Manager to lead and develop our growing team. Based in our Bern office, you will have overall responsibility for our commercial operations across both our Bern and Basel offices.
In this role, you will lead our efforts within both the Contractor and Owner segments, managing a talented team while driving growth in a strategically important market. You’ll become part of a close-knit group of professionals with deep expertise in the ConTech industry, where collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition are at the heart of our success.
Your Responsibilities
As Regional Manager, you are responsible for the overall commercial performance of the region while leading and developing a high-performing commercial team. You translate Dalux's commercial strategy into clear regional execution plans and measurable OKRs while driving best practices, scalable processes, and long-term growth through strong leadership and coaching.
In addition to these core functions, you will:
Lead and develop the team – Lead, support, and inspire a skilled team consisting both of commercial Sales Executives and technical Customer Success Managers.
Strengthen customer relationships – Understand client needs and build long-term partnerships, while ensuring consistent pipeline generation.
Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Grow the organization - Partner with HR to recruit, onboard and develop talented employees, while fostering Dalux’ culture.
About You
We are looking for an experienced people leader with a strong commercial background and a proven track record of building high-performance teams, ideally within the construction industry. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and know how to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Your technical understanding of BIM and other relevant SaaS solutions within the ConTech industry enables you to understand the customer journey and guide your team in daily operations. You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, ambitious culture.
You are fluent German and English, and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with experienced stakeholders.
