Mission
Within the COO IT Change unit, the role is responsible for coordinating execution and performing business analysis across a portfolio of IT projects and small demands in the Asia Core Banking domain. Focus areas include digital transformation (ebanking, CRM) and regulatory initiatives (Payments, Regulatory reporting).
Challenges
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders, including an external vendor, across a wide and diverse project agenda.
- Ensure stakeholder and sponsor involvement and commitment.
- Define clear scope and requirements; manage scope changes.
- Identify and manage project risks and conflicts.
- Oversee budgeting processes and control project spend.
- Plan and manage IT resources.
- Implement technical solutions in line with the bank’s software development lifecycle, in partnership with the main software vendor in charge of the delivery.
- Coordinate and participate in testing; obtain customer sign-off.
- Publish project reporting; build and maintain KPIs and KRIs.
Collect and formalize lessons learned among stakeholders; ensure their application to future projects.

Requested Skills & Experience
- Overall knowledge of Private Banking processes and IT banking architecture - Familiarity with Asia is a plus (e.g., regulatory environment).
- Experience in the Financial sector (mandatory); experience in Private Banking (mandatory).
- Strong vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Comfortable with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Planning and budget control.

Education : Engineer (or equivalent technical education).
Experience : At least 10 years (senior level).
Languages : English: Fluent.
