What are we looking for?

Advanced education in banking / finance; university degree or CFA / FRM is a strong plus.

Extensive experience (typically 8–12+ years) in Fixed Income Sales, with a strong focus on CHF markets.

Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and driving performance in a front-office environment.

Demonstrated track record in revenue generation and client franchise development, with P&L responsibility preferred.

Established and transferable client network among Swiss and international institutional investors.

Deep understanding of fixed income products, primary and secondary markets, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to translate market opportunities into revenue.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence.

Fluency in German (mandatory) and English; French and/or Italian is a strong asset.

Entrepreneurial, team-oriented leader with the ability to perform under pressure and drive change.
