Once we have received your application online, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. We take the time to carefully review each application. As soon as we have made our preselection, we will get back to you with further information.
Non-live video interview
We will email you a link to answer the predefined questions online on your computer, laptop or mobile phone. You can complete the video interview flexibly and from any location – whatever suits your schedule.
Virtual interview

Virtual or face-to-face interview

Interview with member(s) of the Group Executive Board
Our Group Executive Board looks forward to getting to know you better through direct contact and to learning more about your experiences and ideas.
Final decision & contract issuance
Should things go well, we would be happy to provide you with a verbal contract offer. If we are in agreement, we will send you the terms of the contract by email and draft your digital employment contract – the start of many Emmi moments together.
