Start from: Sofort
We are Hapimag, a holiday sharing community with 56 resorts across Europe, from mountain retreats to city breaks or deckchairs at the sea. Our product team is responsible for both the digital experience that gets guests booking, and the physical holiday experience waiting for them when they arrive. We work across Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Care, and Resort Operations: because good experiences don’t stop at the booking page.
We are a passionate, tight-knit team. We laugh together, we challenge each other, we build together, and share a genuine drive to make Hapimag holidays and membership better.
If that sounds like your kind of challenge, apply as our next Product Researcher.
What you can expect
As a Researcher at Hapimag, you’ll be the connection between what our guests and members actually experience and what our teams decide to build or change. The scope is broad: spanning strategic holiday product choices and physical resort experiences to making our digital tools smooth and easy to use. We are actively building our research infrastructure, which means you’ll have real room to shape how we work.
Strategic Project Partnership: Join specific project teams as a core partner across Product, Design, Marketing, Customer Care or Resort Operations while they solve a specific problem. You are a strategic partner helping them frame the right questions and set success metrics.
Mixed-Methods Execution: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including in-depth interviews, usability tests, surveys, contextual field research, and structured feedback analysis.
Pragmatic Approach: Select and apply the right research method for the question and the timeline, turning findings into clear, actionable recommendations instead of heavy documentation.
Guiding our Digital Experience: Own usability practices across our digital products. Collaborate closely with Design and Product on continuous enhancements to booking, pre-arrival, and on-site digital touchpoints.
Facilitation: Lead workshops and design sprints when alignment or exploration is what a cross-functional project team needs most.
Building a foundation for empathy: You’ll help us build a home for our guest insights, ensuring every team, from Resort Operations to Product, can naturally think of our guests first and anticipate their needs before they are even spoken.
What you bring along
Background: A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Behavioral Sciences, or a social science discipline with a clear focus on human behavior, user experience, or customer insights.
Mixed-Methods Experience: Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methods applied in a product or business context. You know when to go deep and when to move fast based on project needs.
End-to-End Ownership: A proven track record of owning studies from initial framing and question definition all the way to presenting strategic findings to stakeholders.
Product Mindset: You frame research as a tool for reducing risk and enabling choices, not as an end in itself. You naturally adapt scope to project timelines without compromising the quality of the insight.
Language Skills: Business fluency in English and German (writing and speaking) is required for conducting studies and direct interviews with our members. Dutch, Italian, or Swiss German is a genuine plus.
Growth Mindset: You proactively improve tools, processes, and infrastructure. You are curious about AI-assisted research workflows and enjoy setting things up.
