Supervise a team of Room Attendants.
Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of all suites, residences, and public areas throughout the property.
Coordinate and monitor the work of the Room Attendants.
Conduct inspections of suites and residences for both arrivals and departures, ensuring cleanliness, guest amenities, VIP setups, and compliance with the property's standards.
Manage housekeeping equipment, linen, inventories, housekeeping carts, and minibars.
Train the Housekeeping team on the property's policies, procedures, and service standards.
Handle unexpected situations promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate Housekeeping operations with the hotel's other departments.
Degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Rooms Division or Accommodation Management.
Proven experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.
Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
Excellent general knowledge, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Thorough understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele.
