We are opening a position for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. In the context of a strategic digital transformation initiative, the successful candidate will contribute to the definition and implementation of a future digital preservation platform aimed at ensuring long-term accessibility and preservation of critical archival assets. This role requires close collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to bridge operational needs with technology solutions.

Gather, analyze, and structure business needs through active engagement with key stakeholders.

Convert business expectations into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

Partner with architects, technical leads, product owners, and other IT specialists to design solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Contribute to the implementation and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring they effectively address business requirements.

Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities to validate solution quality and fitness for purpose.

Produce clear user documentation and support materials to facilitate adoption.

Assist program and project leadership in managing scope, dependencies, risks, and planning activities.

Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams to support informed decision-making.

At least 15 years of professional experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.

Strong capability to elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements into actionable deliverables.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Proven experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessions involving diverse stakeholders.
