Floor Supervisor (m/w)

Responsible for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors and public areas of the hotel
Quality control of cleaned rooms and other areas as well as turn-down service
Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations
Co-organization and assistance in regular basic cleaning work
Ensuring the forwarding of technical defects in the guest area and in the rooms
Contact person for our international guests as well as colleagues and employees
Training and instruction of new employees
