Completed apprenticeship in IT or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in IT support, ideally within the financial services industry.
Expertise in Microsoft Windows client environments and the Microsoft Office suite, with strong proficiency in Windows 11 and M365.
Knowledge of networking, IP telephony, and printing systems.
Familiarity with multimedia and conferencing systems used for presentations and virtual meetings.
Flexibility to work outside regular service hours when needed and willingness to travel for short-term assignments at national and international offices.
A service-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
A motivated, trustworthy, and dependable team player who can also work effectively independently.
Fluent in German and English; conversational French or any other language would be an advantage
