About the Role: Responsible for leading procurement strategy and execution for CBRE’s indirect spend across Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Latin America, partnering closely with regional business leaders to deliver measurable business value. Oversees regional category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement transformation initiatives while ensuring alignment with global procurement strategies and local market requirements.
Serves as a trusted business partner to regional leadership teams, identifying opportunities to reduce cost, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, enhance resilience, and accelerate growth. Leads geographically dispersed procurement teams to drive operational excellence, standardize best practices where appropriate, and balance global scale with regional flexibility.
Champions cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, D&T, HR, Marketing, Business Unit Leadership, and other key stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that support business objectives. Uses market intelligence, analytics, and supplier innovation to optimize total cost of ownership, improve service levels, and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships across diverse international markets.
What You’ll Do:

Building strong partnerships with regional executives and business unit leaders.
Developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, value creation, and innovation.
Managing strategic supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
Driving procurement transformation, digital enablement, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensuring effective risk management, compliance, and supply continuity.
Developing high-performing international procurement teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
C.P.M, C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M certifications or eligibility required.
Requires working knowledge of negotiation of contracts, purchase orders, etc.
